These Terms govern access to and participation in the training courses
offered via yassinetriki.site, operated by
Yassine Triki (the “Provider”).
By registering, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the Services
The training is strictly educational and informational.
It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting,
engineering, or investment advice.
2. No Professional Advice
Nothing presented constitutes professional advice tailored
to your specific situation. You remain solely responsible
for validating any real-world implementation.
3. Participant Responsibility
- Strategic or financial decisions are made at your own risk.
- The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses.
- You agree not to use the information unlawfully or unethically.
4. No Guarantee
No commercial or financial outcome is guaranteed.

5. Refund Policy
- No refund within 48 hours before the session.
- Purchases within 48 hours are final.
- No refund after session delivery.
- Transfer to a future cohort may be offered at sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited
to the amount paid for the training.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider
from any claim resulting from your use or misuse of the training content.
9. No Fiduciary or Agency Relationship
Nothing creates a fiduciary, agency, partnership,
employment, or representative relationship.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Montréal.
