Who am I?

Founder of MCG: A Startup at the Crossroads of AI and Digital Identity

Since 2022, I have been leading MCG (Montreal Computer Graphics), a technology startup operating on two complementary fronts:

DIGICOPYME: our flagship division, specializing in the creation of digital twins for individuals.
Our mission: to help professionals multiply their presence and impact through generative artificial intelligence and hyper-realistic digital representation.

VISIBIO: our web and app development branch, dedicated to digital product management and the creation of tailored digital solutions.
From UX/UI design to technical deployment, Visibio supports companies and startups in bringing their digital projects to life.

Building a Startup in Uncharted Territory

Creating MCG began with 18 months of intensive customer discovery: over 50 user interviews to understand real needs, validate product hypotheses, and find product–market fit.
This rigorous validation phase led us to develop three successive MVPs, each refined based on field feedback and usage metrics.

As founder, I orchestrated the full product development cycle — from technical collaboration with engineers and researchers to commercialize R&D concepts, to establishing a hybrid startup governance model suited to fast innovation cycles and ambiguous environments.

Cross-Functional Leadership and a Data-Driven Approach

I’ve coordinated multidisciplinary teams — engineering, design, business — in a startup environment where agility and adaptability are key.
Each product iteration relies on usage analytics and continuous optimization based on user feedback.
This data-driven approach allowed us to evolve from experimental prototypes to scalable commercial products.

Product Management and Full-Cycle Development

With Visibio, I’ve overseen the full web development cycle — from product definition to deployment, covering technical architecture, interface design, and user experience.
This product management expertise enables me to support digital projects end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment, technical excellence, and tangible value for users.

Speaker and Author: Sharing to Drive Transformation

Beyond entrepreneurship, I am also a speaker and writer, focusing on the major transformations shaping our era.
My talks and articles revolve around three main themes:

Digital Transformations

I analyze technological shifts not as isolated phenomena, but as indicators of broader societal changes.
How are AI, digital twins, decentralization, and automation redefining the ways we work, interact, and create value?

The Immaterial Economy

In a world where value shifts from the tangible to the intangible — data, algorithms, experiences, reputation — I decode new business models, power asymmetries, and strategic opportunities emerging from this fundamental shift.

Cybernetics

I explore complex systems, feedback loops, and self-organizing dynamics that shape both human organizations and technical systems.
Cybernetics provides a powerful framework for understanding how to steer change in uncertain and interconnected environments.

My conferences and writings aim to make these concepts accessible and actionable, grounding them in concrete examples and immediate strategic implications.
My goal isn’t to impress through complexity, but to clarify so that action becomes possible.

In parallel, I have designed and delivered AI training programs rooted in proven pedagogical practices, tailored to diverse learner needs.
I’ve implemented knowledge management systems to structure and disseminate complex AI concepts, while maintaining continuous technological watch and fostering a collaborative, innovative learning environment.

My Background

An Atypical Path: Design, Research, Crisis, and Transformation

My path is systemic, pragmatic, and intentionally unconventional.
It lies at the intersection of design, technology, research, and strategic analysis, with a consistent thread: understanding change before it becomes visible.

Early Research on Collective Intelligence(Far be it from me to steal this concept from Pierre Lévy.)

Trained in design and communication, I conducted research between 2012 and 2014 on collective intelligence and decentralized organizations, long before these ideas became central to today’s innovation dynamics.

Early on, I developed a sharp sense of observation, nourished by a semiotic reading of the world and a focus on the weak signals of social, economic, and cultural change.

Expertise Forged Through Crisis

My expertise was also shaped through adversity.
Having evolved in an unstable post-revolutionary context, I learned to navigate crisis, read systemic ruptures, and build resilient strategies.
In such an environment, I honed my ability to anticipate, adapt, and transform.

Experience with Major International Groups

Alongside my entrepreneurial projects, I worked for several years with major digital content producers such as Ubisoft, Technicolor, and Netflix, contributing to team building and the structuring of complex projects.

This experience gave me a deep understanding of how large organizations operate — their structural constraints, their innovation levers, and, crucially, their blind spots.
I learned to identify organizational rigidity, strategic blind zones, cultural resistance, and friction points that slow transformation.

This critical reading of large structures now enables me to advise clients with clarity — avoiding classic pitfalls and activating the right levers for change.

Entrepreneur Since 2011

I have founded several ventures at the intersection of interactive content, strategic design, and emerging technologies.
This entrepreneurial journey has given me a concrete understanding of what it truly means to create, validate, iterate, and scale an innovative solution in an uncertain market.

Today, I continue to support companies and individuals through systemic consulting, blending design, strategy, semiotic analysis, and long-term vision.

My Approach: Atypical, Systemic, Semiotic

My work is built on three pillars:

  1. Systemic Vision
Understanding organizations as complex ecosystems where every decision, information flow, and human dynamic contributes to — or hinders — change.
  2. Semiotic Insight
Decoding cultural, social, and symbolic signs that signal change before it becomes obvious.
Turning weak signals into strategic insight.
  3. Operational Pragmatism
Combining strategic thinking with concrete execution.
My methods are tested in the field, validated by real-world use, and constantly refined.

This Site: A Space for Sharing and Transformation

This site is an extension of that mission — a space to share my ideas, tools, and analyses, and to support those seeking to navigate crises, anticipate change, and transform their way of acting in the digital world.
Because transformation, ultimately, always begins with oneself.
